The meaning of Life- You're born, you climb out of your mothers bloody slimy womb. What happens next? You learn to breath and start crying, than a doctor puts you in your mothers arms and your life flashes by.
Your now 10, at your birthday party with everyone shouting and shoving each other to get to the cake with candles you just blew out. Your 9 year old "girlfriend" is there, and she is staring at another guy laughing. Your slightly angry but there is a heaping pound of sugar on your plate so you eat and forget. Your life flashes again.
Your now 16 and in a car with a Student Driver sign on top of it. Your trying to get your drivers license to impress that girl you like with your new-found ability to drive. You fail miserably crushing all but one of the cones. You feel like crying but you don't, instead you just walk away and decide to try again next week. You head home and think of your homework, you decide to not do it and just get C's and D's this quarter. You get on your computer and begin IM'ing people about stupid small talk conversations that you think make a difference in your life. Life Flash.
Your 22 and at your college graduation. You've been debating whether or not you should go to Grad school but now its too late. You decide you will just work at your dads company and work your way up til he dies and you take over. You have a girlfriend, you're relatively sure she is cheating on you but you have no evidence and it doesn't really bother you, your going to break up with her in a few weeks anyway. You get your diploma, your parents cheer, people glare, you walk away and live your life. Nobody pays attention, your just another number in a sea of code. Your life jumps ahead again.
Your 50, married, two kids, and not happy at all. Your Dad fired you for being constantly smashed on the job, your wife wants to leave you. You want to at least see the kids on weekends but in true honesty you don't really care. You just want to get laid, drink, and reach 65. You look for a job but you can't do anything too athletic because your back might give out. You continue searching the classifieds and you find something decent, you call to ask for the job and they accept. Flash of Life.
Your 79 and in a casket. Was there any meaning to your life? Yes, you graduated, you had a good job for a time, you had children, you never smoked, your Mom loved you even though your Dad didn't. That's good enough. Isn't it?
